So far, there are 39 artists who have collaborated with high school students in bringing their breakthroughs to life and there are more coming. The subject I chose was on Electric Algae Proliferation. Click here to find out more and be sure to check out other artists' renditions as well!

ADC Mensroom Mural
May 5, 2011
> Few weeks ago ADC approached me to be part of collaborative mural project for the ADC's mens room with three lovely ladies: Jennifer Daniel, Lotta Nieminen and Stefanie Weigler. 10 hours straight of sniffing markers and paints in a tight space got me real dizzy but the ladies were such a joy to work with. Screenprinting!
March 20, 2011

ELEVATE
September 19, 2010
> I was invited by Kelly Salchow MacArthur to participate in a project that was part of her research program funded by Michigan State University. Kelly has served as President of the Detroit Chapter of AIGA and is currently a faculty at Michigan State University. Basically, she sent each participant a poster she designed (left) and asked us to experiment and discover ways to introduce dimension and disrupt the surface (right). Then we had to document it and send it to her. You can read more about her project and check out the variety of results here. It's interesting how everyone responds very differently.
